In penis lengthening surgery, in the method I apply; the distance between the penis and the bags is increased, thus an elongation is provided at the base of the penis, which normally exists but is not visible. This elongation is evident both in the deflated state of the penis and in the erection state. This penis lengthening surgery I prefer does not cause any loss of erection, sensation, pleasure or sensation in the penis.

Again, one of the methods used to increase the length of the penis is to extend the connection between the penis and the scrotum, making the scrotum and penis appear independent from each other. In this way, the length on the underside of the penis appears longer.

Penis Thickening Surgeries

Fat injections, composite tissue transfers, fillers are frequently used in penis thickening surgeries today. Among these methods, fat injections are the most frequently used. As a personal preference, I prefer fat injection in penis thickening surgeries.

Fat injection is the process of transferring the fat taken from another area of the body to another area in the same person through special processes.

Approximately 40% of the transferred fat can remain permanently after 6 months. Fats remaining after 6 months are permanent for life. It does not change after this period. Since 40% of the transferred fat remains in the penis, I inject more than the need. After the melted parts are melted, the remaining ones are enough for us.  However, especially a large amount or excessive fat injection does not increase success. In such a case, the fat melts more and reduces the other fat that has the potential to survive.

No matter how successful the fat injection is in the penis, it may need to be repeated in some cases. Again, although patients are satisfied with the result, they may ask for penis thickening surgery once again after 6 months.

Fat is removed with liposuction technique. There is no scar where the fat is removed.

Penis Lengthening Thickening Surgery Anesthesia Type

Penis surgeries are performed with sedation anesthesia technique. In this way, the patient goes home in about 1.5 hours without receiving general anesthesia and without feeling anything during the operation.

After Penis Enlargement Lengthening Thickening Surgery

After penis lengthening and thickening surgery, patients can continue their daily lives, no one will understand that you have undergone surgery. There is no scar after penis thickening surgery. In penis lengthening surgery, there is a suture line between the penis and the bags, but since there is a very well healing area in this area, there is no scar, it is not obvious. Patients should avoid sexual intercourse for up to 4 weeks after the operation.

What are the Complications and Problems that may occur after Penis Lengthening and Thickening Surgery?

There is absolutely no erection or loss of sensation in the technique I apply. However, as with all surgeries, this surgery may have its own problems. Although infection is very rare, it is seen 1 week after surgery and manifests itself with redness and pain in the penis. Antibiotics and sometimes drainage may be required.

Bruising and swelling may occur in the area where the fat is removed.

Sometimes excess fat can melt in the early period and cause fat discharge. In this case, a light olive oil-colored discharge occurs and ends spontaneously in an average of 1 week.

Although rare, lumps in the fat (patients describe it as calcification) may occur after fat injection into the penis. If this lump does not disappear spontaneously within 6 months, the lump can be removed in a simple way.

Surgeries for Penis Curvatures

Penile curvatures may be congenital or may occur later as a result of faulty circumcision, trauma or surgery. In erection, the penis is bent to one side when it should normally be in a straight line. In the erection position, the curvature of the penis and the diagnosis can be made clearly. The existing problem can be corrected with penile curvature surgeries. Penile curvatures can be forward, backward or sideways. Patients may have difficulty and pain during sexual intercourse.

In the surgery, plication is performed on the opposite side of the penis from the curvature by entering through the circumcision incision. In this way, the direction of the penis is corrected. Artificial erection should be provided during the operation and whether the operation is successful or not should be observed at the time of surgery. If there is no excessive curvature, there is no shortening of the penis size. Patients with extreme curvatures may experience a slight shortening after surgery.
